This is because of the types of scenes that are shown in the film, which are not suitable for people under 18. This film may attract the audience as because of this as it shows things and ideas that the audience may be familiar with and therefore make it easier to build personal relationships with the characters. However, there is also an element of surveillance where throughout the trailer you can see the effects of these things and it informs the audience of the good and bad affects of these.

The scenes are edited with a lot of straight cuts and is fast paced to match with the audio of the trailer. The narrative of the film is suggested but there is no clear narrative of what is going to happen. Which may appeal to the audience as they would have enigma codes that will make them want to watch the film as they would want to find out more about the narrative and how what is shown in the trailer fits in it.

The music may also appeal to the target audience as it used in a way where it is the narrator of the film. In the trailer it says 'as i take you back and forth through time' Which is introducing how the film is going to be presented to the audience. This may appeal to the audience as it is a unique way to incorporate the narrator and the music to make it seem more interesting to the audience.

The fact that the characters have props like guns in their hands suggested that there is an element of crime as well. This is further emphasised by The camera shots where they have close ups of the drugs being dealt with and the weapons being used. In the trailer the dialogue that is heard is aggresive and the characters are usually shouting.
